VERY IMPORTANT

A DPD label will be emailed to you. You must have a printer to print this label. You can change the date of your collection and DPD will send you a 1 hour collection slot. If you miss the slot you would need to pay again for another one.

We will email you after your order to ask you what day you would like DPD to collect from you and to get the passcode / password for your device so we are able to test it.

Please note standard insurance for loss with DPD is £50. Please package carefully. To upgrade the insurance to £500 costs £24.99. If you want to do this please let us know when we email you. DPD have a good track record and are a reliable courier, but they do offer this service if you wish. Please note DPD do not accept liability for damage so please package carefully.
