Please charge your device if you can so it has at least 30% charge. (Do not charge if water damage service)
Please take of fall cases ready for your appointment.
When we arrive we will ring you and ask if you want us to come to the door, if not when we ring you can put your device in a bag by the front door, go in and we will walk over and repair it and ring you when we are done.
